11 months agoMark Corso was the most insincere, cold physician i've ever experienced in my life. He is very condescending when he speaks at, not to you. I am very happy to never see this person ever again in a professional atmosphere.

2 years agoOffice is quite busy. Called in June to schedule colonoscopy and earliest available appointment was December. The staff from the receptionist, to nurses, and doctor make this as pleasant as an experience as it can be. All very friendly. Highly recommend Dr Corso.

2 years agoI am leaving this review in regards to the appointment process and whoever answers the phones at Dr. coros office. They are VERY RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL! After waiting for the 2nd call back over the last 2 days and explaining to the receptionist that I was in the ER a few days ago and my situation with my health is still not improved since then she says “well i dont kno what to tell u we are scheduling patients for 2 months out!” So i told her my family doc was supposed to call dr coros and see if he could get me in sooner because of my situation she says well let me take a look at the notes then says well all it says is what test u need to be scheduled for so its still going to be 2 months out!??? So i told her ok fine, I will call my Doc AGAIN to have him call BACK over and speed this scheduling process up! But now im not so sure i want to even go to this practice by the ignorant mannerism the office staff has and reading other reviews on here, it seems this is an ongoing issue and maybe time to hire a new receptionist! She was extremely rude and disrespectful!

3 years agoI am actually writing my review based on the appointment process and the unprofessional people who are responsible for making the appointments. I was trying to make an appointment for a family member and it is impossible to get anyone to pick up the phone, no matter how long you stay on the line. I finally gave in and left a message. That call was not returned until the next day. When I explained that I needed the earliest possible appointment as my son was not feeling well, she RUDELY told me to go to the emergency room. She never even asked what his medical issues were. Apparently they only make appointments for healthy patients...that must be a new medical rule that I missed. Or maybe just these doctors don't see sick individuals. Although, I am unsure as to why healthy individuals would take the time to visit a gastroenterologist. Needless to say, I hung up and will not be visiting this practice. You know what they say about first impressions.
